Boring lockdown days. But still you can spice up your life with some tasty crunchy tikkis made out of threptin.
Just follow the recipe from Mr Arijit. Mandal.
- Mash threptin biscuits in a bowl with mashed brown bread.
- Add chopped onions
- green chillies
- coriander leaves with salt
- and a pinch of sugar and chat masala.
- Shape into tikia and shallow fry.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
